Silver Swans Ballet Classes for ladies over 50

Silver Swans has been specially devised by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners to help improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels.

A fun social class which is suitable for all abilities, for ladies aged 50+.
There is no need to book, just turn up and enjoy the joy of ballet.
Classes costs £6 on a pay as you dance basis.

1.00-2.15pm every Tuesday at Dorridge Village Hall, Grange Road, Dorridge, Solihull, B93 8QA.

1.30-2.30pm every Friday at All Saints, Belwell Lane, Four oaks, B74 4TR

1.00-2.00pm every Saturday at Bishop Vesey Grammar School, Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 2NH

WHAT TO WEAR?

There is no set uniform for this class, please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and is suitable for a dance class.

Ballet shoes are required.
